My dogs get groomed here; the staff is always wonderful. Rhonda does a great job grooming my Westie, she is very straight forward and always listens and follows through with my requests. I am very please with their services and will continue to bring my dogs as it's always a great experience :-D

I was very apprehensive because of his aggression issues but it was unnecessary he did amazing; he played with other dogs and the staff and adjusted to the situation. The staff even texted me pictures of him playing to ease my mind. Yes he caught a cough which may or may not have been from other dogs, this also happens to kids in daycare and school and they get over it just like my dog got over it. He was fine in 2 weeks and has a better immune system because of it so I’m not upset or pointing blame there is no fault with 4 On The Floor. I have recommended this place to friends and co-workers; I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone because Rhonda and her staff helped make a frightened little Boston Terrier into something better and happier. view short comment

He has digestive trauma (violent diarrhea) and to top it off kennel cough. The owner called to collect payment I said fine but first explain what happened. Having taken classes here, used daycare, and boarded I can say the staff and facilities are fantastic. My dog loves it and always comes home tired and well played.

brought my puppy here for her first hair cut... wish I didn't she had a huge cut on her ear and was terrified... the groomer blamed it onthe dog and said I need to train her to stand still.... poor thing never going here again :(

Thank you so much for caring for our pups while we were away. It is a blessing that we as a family do not take for granted or take lightly. I understand the type of care you give every stray (people and canine) that you come across. Never stop doing what you do; always continue to grow with it.

I have gone to a lot of differnt places in the Calgary and area looking for a place my dog actually enjoys going to and this place is it! She loves going here. Rhonda is so knowledgeable and loving of all animals. Shes amazing. Best place ever!

We had started going to Four on the Floor since 2006 after we adopted our American Bulldog Lizzy. When we fist got Lizzy, she was fearfull/aggressive and had not been socialized. After enrolling her in Rhondas class she was a totally different dog!! Her confidence level was high and she was well behaved. We have been taking our dogs to her since and as well adopted another dog that Rhonda had fostered Doug the pitbull cross. Doug whines to go to the shop as he thinks he is the Four on the Floor greeter. I recommend Four on the Floor to anyone because they are not just in business for money, they really are passionate about the dogs and continue to advance their education. A couple of weeks ago, Rhonda went above and beyond for me and Doug. I decided to take my dogs into Calgary to Nose Hill park. Long story short, Doug met a porcupine. He had quills all over his tongue, face and throat. I tried to get him to the car right away but I needed help. Nobody was around and Doug was vomiting and collapsed. I didn't know what to do, so in a panic the first person I thought about calling was Rhonda. She rushed over from Airdrie into Calgary to meet me. She had also called the nearest animal hospital to inform them that we were on our way. This is a person that came to our aid in a time of an emergency not because she had to, but because of her passion and dedication to the animals. view short comment

Saw them dragging my dog across the room. When i confronted them i got blasted with attitude and was told I need to come to training. Will not be coming back. She also lost my friends dog

My dog loves to get up and go see all of his buds at daycare. Best grooming that we have received. We highly recommend. Our dog comes home tired and fullfilled.

Lost my dog, acted like it was my fault and offered me training classes. Not impressed will not be going back
