Wish I had read the previous comment prior to dropping my dog off at this place. Yes, it reeks. The smell of ammonia (urine) is so strong it burns your nose, not joking. Upon dropping my dog off, I asked Brenda to see her facility (last minute booking...learned my lesson!)She brought me out back to the runs; small, cold, wet, stench. All suitable words to describe that area. Enclosed running area is SMALL; about 1/3 of the size of my own backyard. Asked whether the dogs go on walks, her answer was "Yes! We take them up and down the drive way." That would probably amount to a 3 minute walk. Thankfully, my poor pooch only had to endure one night of that place. Upon picking her up, Brenda passed me her bed, soaking wet and reeking of piss, and told me they had just washed the floors....sure, you did Brenda. view short comment

So when they brought out our 2 boys they were wet and stinky and had wet collars and bandana's. My poor older dog Jack was shaking so bad. He was so stressed out. He has not stopped shaking yet. They smell so bad as if they were sleeping in their own urine and feces. She's not very pleasant at all and my god the smell is horrible. Not to mention we sent treats in their little bag and not one of them was ate. Tb his kennel is not what we were hopeing for. Our dogs are very stressed out and dehydrated. I do not recommend this kennel to ANYONE....PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS KENNEL. I wonder if they ever took our dogs for a walk or let them play outside. view short comment
